I think this picture is one of my favorites- of all time! Doesn't this just capture what being a toddler is all about? It's pure bliss...completely enjoying something as simple as a nice breeze.

I have been photographing Callie since she was in her Mommy's belly. It's the joy of my job and I am so grateful.

Hope you love them Karen!
I haven't posted pictures of Loudon in a while. This is my nephew and I love this funny expression. It still hits me like a ton of bricks that both my brother and I are parents! Someone told me once that no matter how old you are you always think of yourself at a younger age. Sometimes it is just hard to really see myself and my brother as "grown ups" much less parents. Regardless of that little disconnect though, I do see one thing clearly...we are so blessed.

Happy Friday!
Is he for real? Looks like a doll! If he was made out of candy I would eat him so fast! (don't tell this to his mom, she might think I'm weird)
(05.19.08 @ 04:37 PM)Amy first came to my studio for maternity pictures. This past week she brought in her anxiously awaited daughter Mia. Here are a few images from the session.

Peeking over her Mommy's shoulder.

After being very sweet and not fussing at all, Mia decided she was finished with us and the photo shoot. We did manage to calm her back down though with this position. I love the sense of scale between her and her Father. Isn't it amazing that we all start out so small?

Now go give your small (or not so small ones) a hug!
I had a few more shots from our White sale that didn't get on the blog the other day. I also had a session this morning with little Miss Margot (just love that name!). Enjoy!

caught in mid jump!

And now, Margot!

I love close up shots of faces.

More cuteness, silliness, color and kiddos!
Thanks everyone!
