I bet a few of you have wondered where I've been. My blogging has been terrible. I was so busy in November and December that something just had to give and, sadly, it was my blog. My very first new year's resolution is to get back in the swing though so I promise in 2010 I'll be back to posting regularly.

I am so grateful to my clients. Our holiday season was busy! When times are tough like they have been I can only say a sincere thank you to those that came and had their pictures made with me this year. I appreciate you all so very much. I started to compile a post that had my favorite images from 2009 but there were too many! So, instead, I thought I might break it up and just share some of my recent favorites with you.

Meet Castle and Ryder...

One of my favorite additions to the studio this year was my new blue wall. I love it and I LOVE these amazing little pigtails!

These two were so much fun! They laughed at all of jokes too, who wouldn't love that?!

Sometimes the serious face is even better than a big smile...

These two are just so beautiful together.

I photographed these two crazy kids last year for their holiday card and we had so much fun doing it. Their parents are a joy to work with and the kids are hilarious. This year was awesome as well and I love so many images from their session.

I can't quite put my finger on what it is about this shot that I just love but I do. Just so sweet and peaceful...

And this outfit that makes me laugh because she looks like a little mime or something. Well, a mime with a big happy smile that is!

And there are just so many more but, for today, that is all. I am so excited about 2010. We're going to be having new photography classes (at least one per quarter), a new series of digital scrapbooking and graphic design products, some fun new promotions and a lot more. Now if I could only clone myself...

My dear, sweet, very long time friend Kristen brought Olivia in for a little super session with this cute cape I bought for my guys. Olivia was a sport and let us dress her up.  It had been a while since I photographed Olivia and in that time she has grown up so much!!




She also agreed to model my amazing new studio t-shirts. Pretty darn cute, huh?  Thanks Kristen and O!

It's back by popular demand! Last year we had a special promotion at the studio called the White Sale. It's a high energy, jam packed and loud few days in the studio. We have a really good time. This year we're doing 2 days in June and 2 days in August and we hope you can come.  The sessions are quick and fun and perfect for children about 6 months and up who can sit up on their own. Here's a little sampling of last year's sale.





The sessions will book up quickly so make sure and give the studio a call and book your session asap. The session fee is $150 and includes your 30 minute session and a pack of really cute custom designed note cards (designed using images from your session). We are shooting on four days: June 26th and 27th and August 14th and 15th. Each set of dates includes a Friday and Saturday.


We have some great image collections for you as well. If you scrapbook, you will appreciate our loose print package, The Scrapper's Delight. Complete framed packages start at $435. A la carte selections, canvas packages, digital collections and some really cool new frame choices with all be available. Come one, come all! It's going to be fun!

I know that I have been MIA on the blog. We moved the studio last week and it has been hectic as you can imagine. We are completely in the new (and improved) space but it's still a bit of a mess. I am seeing clients though and we're getting there! It's a great space and I know you all are going to love it! I'll post some pictures of the new space soon.
